Tier 1 General Extension and Post Study Work - Same day premium service (Fast Track) Slot booking Procedure

With the introduction of Biometrics for Tier 1 General, Post Study Work (PSW) visas from 14 December 2010, As an agency we are required to book the slot on our client's name. Once booked, these slots can't be transferable to someone else.
To get same day premium slot booked in any particular week, we would expect a notice period of atleast 10 working days.
We need the following information to get slot booked.
- Full names of applicant and any dependants - Full name as it appears on their passports
- Passport number of applicant and any dependants
- Dates of Birth of applicant and any dependants
- Nationality of applicant and all dependents
- Mobile telephone number of main applicant
- Residential Address for applicant and all dependants
- For Tier 1 General Requests only – Must state whether or not there are Self Employment Earnings involved
Note - We need an initial deposit of £125 paid upfront for slot booking. You will loose this deposit if we manage to get the slot and you couldn't proceed with the application.
