Home Office is continuing to accept Online applications as usual during this unprecedented time. As long as Online application is submitted and the application payment has been made before Visa expiry date, then it's assumed as in-time application.
BRP appointments from UKVCAS are not available currently and it's expected to be opened as and when it's socially safe to do so.
Life in the UK and English examinations for Indefitie Leave to Remain are currently cancelled and it's also expected to be reopened only when it's safe to do so.
