HSMP Forum Limited's Indefinite Leave to Remain Judicial Review hearing date scheduled for 13th March 2009. If HSMP Forum Limited manages to win this case, current HSMP visa holders who got their HSMP approval before April 2006 would be eligible for Indefinite Leave to Remain within 4 years.

HSMP Forum Limited filed a Judicial Review Application on 8th October 2008 challenging the April 2006 4 to 5 years Indefinite Leave to Remain Changes.
As per this judicial review HSMP Visa holders who received HSMP approval before April 2006 would be eligible to get Indefinite Leave to Remain after 4 years of continuous stay in the UK.
The challenge has been raised on the basis of HSMP Forum Ltd's 8th April 2008 Judicial Review Judgment given by Sir George Newman and the subsequent policy document implemented by Home Office on the 9th July 2008 which did not consider the ILR issue.
