NARIC Letter becomes mandatory for ILR application from 06th April 2016
From 06th April 2016, Home Office made it mandatory for overseas degree to be submitted along with NARIC Letter (An academic qualification deemed by UK NARIC to meet the recognised standard of a Bachelor's or Master's degree or PhD in the United Kingdom) to be exempted in English Language Requirement section.
If NARIC letter was not submitted along with the ILR application, Home Office categorically confirmed that the ILR application would be refused.
