Tier 1 General Extension for Self Employed
Income from Self Employment could be considered for previous earnings points in Tier 1 General Extension application. There are two categories in self employment
- Working in his/her Own Limited Company Structure (IT Contractors and Other Per day payments)
- Working completely as Self employed (Those contributing Class 2 National Insurance)

Working in his/her Own Limited Company Structure - Suitable for IT Contractors
- Salary slips from Limited Company
- Certified Accountant's Income Certificate confirming the exact claiming amount
- Dividend Certificate and Divident Vouchers from Accountant
- Business Bank Statements
- Personal Bank Statements
- Company Annual Accounting documents
Working completely as Self employed
- Proof of registration with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) as self employed
- Certified Accountant's Income Certificate confirming the exact claiming amount
- Profit and Loss Statement from Accountant
- Business Bank Statements
- Personal Bank Statements
- Invoices
- Remittance Advices
